Btc-e, who has faced the same?

Hi All,

I have made à Sepa payment on the 4th to btce. I still have not got thr money in my account. After 5 tickets That I submitted, still nothing solved. They only react with, please send documentation etc.. While they have everything again and again. What is left for me to do? Can I withdraw my money?

It is unbelievable, anyone who can help me? I will not rest untill this is solved.

Look with your bank or credit card if the money left your account. This happenned to me and the money was still there so I removed it and the transaction failed then put it back and made another transaction with another company. Dont wait on them they will tell you to contact X Y and Z.
