So when you go to "send money" on My Wallet, you have 4 different options - what's the difference between them?

Quick send: Send coins quickly, default TX fee or whatever transaction fee you have set under settings. Will send from any address you have coins on.

Custom send: You can select a specific address to send coins from and choose a custom TX fee

Shared Coin: Group trustless mixing using coinjoin.  Fee: 0.0001 BTC per repetition

Shared Send: Routes transactions through a shared wallet for increased privacy. 0.5% fee

Awesome, thanks!

What does "Group trustless mixing using coinjoin" mean? And mixing is when you send you transfer together with other transfers so it can be traced less easily, right?

And by "will send from any address you have coins on" you mean from any address that I have imported in my wallet, or from any possible address and I have to put in my private key as well?

There's a thread about coinjoin here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=279249.0) if you want to learn more about it. Mixing is when you send transactions through multiple addresses so your coins can't easily be tracked. If there is enough volume it's more or less impossible to track.

Will send from any address means any address in your wallet. I have multiple addresses with multiple coins in my wallet, blockchain.info will choose one for me using the quick send. You don't need to do anything else for that.
