Lost HoboNickels on The Blocks Factory

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has lost coins when cashing out on theblocksfactory.  I've been mining on the blocks factory pool for a few weeks now with great success until today.  At about 1:15 p.m. e.s.t. on 12/21 I cashed out with a 50 coin balance.  I got the message that my coins would be processed:

Your manual withdrawal request of 50.0983116 HBN to the following address: EvkbnCNXHh2XEz29yPoU6FZJH9wbNvNsTd will be processed within 1 minute

I watched my wallet but the coins never showed up but the coins were removed from my balance on the pool site.  I checked my transaction log:

Here are the last three transactions with the 50 coin transaction never actually sending:

I checked the Block Explorer and there is no record of the transaction.  The site was up and down but was up when I cashed out but I'm guessing it must have gone down again or been experiencing problems at the time I attempted to withdrawal my funds.   I wonder if the site can check their balances and find the missing coins?  Anyone else seen this?
