Long-time lurker here. Btw, when I click "preview", it claims that I have already posted in the last ~300 seconds. But that's impossible because I have never posted.

I saw some users in the utc thread that could use my assistance. I figured I would answer some of their questions real quick, but it looks like I have to wait four hours instead (oops).
