There are various requirements that Scharmbeck customers must meet in order to secure higher Levels of Identity Verification status:
Level Requirements
Silver verify email address and phone number, enable 2-Factor-Authentication (2FA)
Gold Silver Level + 15 days; complete a WDC purchase transaction; link U.S. bank account for ACH USD credits; confirm two (2) small ACH credits to the linked U.S. bank account
Platinum Gold Level + 30 days; provide scanned copy of government issued photo ID; provide copy of utility bill matching customer's place of residence; minimum previous transactions (purchase or sale) totaling at least 2,000 WDC
Black by invitation only; Platinum Level + 45 days; execute and notarize service agreement with Scharmbeck
