Accessing Wallet With Python Script ??

I want to make a website where you can play (mutliplayer) games for dogecoins. If people send me dogecoins, I will need to receive them on an address and link that to their account on the website.

1. How to view/receive/send dogecoins with your wallet with a python script/API/module? Can I use this module: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bitcoin-python ?
2. How can I identify transactions and thus linking them to the right person?
