Mining don't work

Hello, I just started mining the Earthcoin.

I'm told to mine with 300-400 hashes/second, but I never get my coins, why ?

(I downloaded CGMiner and I copied and pasted it with all its associated files on the Earthcoin's folder)

You should use your cgminer.exe to mine, not your client.
Create a .txt file in the cgminer folder and write:

cgminer.exe --scrypt -o earthcoin.no-ip.biz -u [Workername] -p [Workerpassword] -I 13

(For the workername and password you have to create a worker on the earthcoin.no-ip.biz website!)
Save the .txt file as .bat file and then try to run .bat file.
