It's called a vanity address. I have one that starts with 1Mini.

Yes, that's a vanity address. They are not that well known to newer people anymore because there is no working firstbits lookup and many people dislike the idea in the first plave. IMO, though, someone should set up a working firstbits lookup for the most popular coins as soon as possible. I would, if I could. But I bet there are a lot of people on this forum who can code that.
