Our website history function is currently disabled. We do send out automated receipts though on each bet. (check spam folder)

how long does it take until sng rake is added to the leaderboard? i played one about an hour ago and leaderboard still shows same rake like before.

The rake should update continuously, however please note that we do not charge rake on pots lower than 0.5

I will look into the sng rake thing asap, should be added already.

I think you found a bug, seems like sng rake is not counted in our internal system. Same goes for mtts I would assume.

This will take some time to fix, so we will rename the rakerace, or add a text that clearly lets everyone know that it only applies to cashgame tables for now.

Btw, both VIPP and DBP works both for sng and mtts luckily. So an alternative solution might be to change the rakerace to a VIPP race or something.

Preferably I would like to wait for the report from the dev. team, as your account was awarded the tickets, but for the steambits tournament instead. (may not work atm, since everything satellite related is disabled) However as you would like this settled urgently I will credit your account for two tickets. = 50 mBTC

For the record, this is a very generous gest from us, given that the satellites had registration issues causing a huge overlay and also the fact that the tickets are ontop of the regular tournament price, which you received.

Let me know if you disagree with our decision

thank you for crediting my account. there is one daily 25mbtc ticket missing tho i am pretty sure , that i won in addition to the daily 50 sattelite.
i do want to adress the bolded part tho if u dont mind.  the issues with the sattelites were YOUR problem so essentially blaming customers for getting a better value as planned on your part is really , really low imho. and being proud that u awarded the regular tournament price on top constructed by the players BI's u have to be kidding me if serious. if u announce a tournament for x amount of a BI with a ticket awarded to first place u have to eat a potential overlay , no matter what technically happens. and its not players getting lucky in that case, it is a site owning up to their mistakes. which is nothing but standard. 
u did sorta the same thing already when putting ur playerbaase all in the same basket, talking about how "we all just want to play freerolls without risking our own money", not regging for anything else - which is completely false and uncalled for as well. i stopped regging ur freerolls now because of that. i only played those to help the site gain some more players and those very players hopefully to win some mbtcs to join all the other games i regged for every day bascially in the first place. a prop player for free u had in me basically ;-)  as if i would waste my time playing 1 hour for a share of 10 mbtc otherwise lol

Hi, everyone. Small update here from the dev. team:

• We will soon make changes to the freerolls, ensuring that they run.
• As mentioned earlier we are also working on some "play-through" requirements
• The rakerace will soon be restructured, to become a "VIPP Race", giving our valuable silver VIP's a slight advantage. (however with a more sensible prizepool next month)
• Shortly players will be earning VIPP when they place sportsbets and use our casino
• And our first casino game should make its appearance shortly, it's a provable fair slot game called "DarkBet slottelicious" (will be in a short Beta period)

Hi, I think you misunderstood me a little. Ill address your concerns.

As I wrote in my post your account has been credited with tickets for another tournament, so if we pay you the full amount instead of waiting until our satellites issue is solved, you will receive more than you won. (there is no way for us to remove satellites tickets from players accounts) and secondly the last ticket was won after we made the promise to reimburse you the two tickets should we not be able to fix the issue shortly.

On top of this you won the tickets in a period almost no players were able to register for them, which caused a huge overlay. So overpaying in this case would be a bit much and set a precedence we don't want. Especially considering that we are in a Beta, and issues like these should be expected by everyone participating.

I think most sites would have just apologized and asked you to wait until the issue was resolved.

Regarding the freeroll issue, we were planning a lot of promotions which we thought would almost guarantee that they would run within a couple of days. Therefor, the change seemed like it would only affect those who wanted to play them right now, not thinking what would be the best/logical decision for the DarkBet longterm.

In addition we knew that if we missed with our prediction we would make adjustments and look for alternative ways to continue with the freerolls. which we have. At no point did I mean or say that "all our players just want to play the freerolls", that is not true

For anyone who is not aware, there is a 500mBTC rakerace ending in 2weeks with not that much competition. Just raking 1 hand at the med limits would be = 1place

looks like your rake system in not really working or this statement is completly wrong.

i played a couple of hands on the 2/4 limit and won about 130 chips but rake was 0,075 mbtc.

after that i gave the guy the chance on winning some chips back flipping down 50 chips on 1/2 and won another 150 chips after a few flipps. when i left the table i had 199,70 chips left from the 50 i took to the table and the 150 the other guy had. so you took 0,3 mbtc rake which does not look like 2%.
it should be 2mbtc each flip i think.

if im wrong can you please explain how the rake system is exactly working?

yes that clears alot of things up. all the bolded parts are blatant lies. im done arguing with u here, it is beyond ridiculous. i never had any tickets in my account after playing ur fucking sattelites so ur scamming me here in the first place running satties that dont give out tickets. and the tournament one of my tickets was supposed to be for doesnt even exist anymore - lol @ calling that a sattelite issue. picture me amazed.  and btw my account still hasnt been credited. so much for that.
