Also sucks! when you log in and wait for minutes to post miss all doge and earth giveaways!

Yes i can see why you say that sucks but i had to go through the same thing, it only works for newbies,  and the more you post
the more it decreaases.
The reason why this rule is applied is beacuse spammers create too many accounts and spam the whole forum.

By allowing this rule this forum would see more new accounts and more spam which is not needed.

so it does block spam to an extent.

Yes it is a pain but it is needed to keep auto post bots from post junk.
