Anyone else recently start mining LottoCoin? Are you solo mining or pool mining?

I am pooling mining at nut2pool. it seems to be a little slower than other cryptos i have mined on my cpu. dont know if it's the coin, the pool, or my setup.

Yeah, I'm currently mining LottoCoin too.  It's a fun concept... except when you hit the tiny payouts.

I tried solo and pool mining, currently rolling the dice on solo.

If you're mining with your CPU, pooled mining is the way to go.

I'm just shooting in the dark here but have you tried other pools?  It looks like nut2pool has quite a healthy hash rate, so maybe your shares are such a small portion of the total per block that your per share payout seems unusually tiny?  Just a guess...

also read that 1 million lot sold for .1 btc.

It's like 3x that average at the moment. .2-.4 btc per 1 mil
