That's because there's nothing to make until ./configure has run successfully, which it hasn't:

What does config.log say?

So, with this cloudmining, I would basically have to set up an account with a company, pay some money, then use the aggregated computing power of other processors/computers?

Is the price reasonable?  Does anyone know where i can find a way to calculate my price vs. profitability for a cloud computing account?

why would anyone on Earth mine a scrypt coin with cloud? You cant do it! Its inefficient!

They dont use GPUs on cloud servers! Furthermore doge is dead...
