Remember guys to mine this coin, you need to mine with a QUARK alogorythms.
A good miner for this can be found:  https://github.com/Neisklar/quarkcoin-cpuminer

Code:

apt-get update && apt-get install git autotools-dev automake build-essential libcurl4-openssl-dev -y
git clone https://github.com/Neisklar/quarkcoin-cpuminer.git
cd q* && ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make

To run:
/minerd -a quark -t 8 -o URL -u RPC/POOL USER -p PASSWORD

P.S.  If anyone is selling SEC, jump onto IRC, freenode #secondscoin to find me, im currently buying.

For those who are having problems with their wallets:

Go to help -> Debug window -> Press tab: Console and add the following nodes:

addnode sec.mine-pool.net add
addnode 54.201.35.239 add

You should have more than one connection after a few minutes. I currently have 7.

The Pool might be a bit easier.

The wallet is not syncing 'no blocks source available'.

Tried editing the .config file but not working.

How i can mine with Linux Ubuntu?

You will need a CPUminer, its recommended for best hash rate to use one with quark algorithms.
Such a miner can be found here:
https://github.com/Neisklar/quarkcoin-cpuminer

Ubuntu:
Code:
apt-get install build-essential libcurl4-openssl-dev git autotools-dev automake -y && git clone https://github.com/Neisklar/quarkcoin-cpuminer.git
cd q* && ./autogen.sh && ./configure && make

...now consider block halving and difficulty increase.
If coded correctly a unlimited coin can work, it just means the reward would be so small latter on its not worth it to mine other then for transaction fees.
