On btcguild and bfgminer it shows that I am getting .25 GH/s. These twinfury's are capable of 5 GH/s. How can I switch my CPU out and make it mine from my ASIC?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.
