Can't get over 520Kh/s with XFX 280x DD

Hello I am using cgminer 3.7.2 for mining scrypt altcoins

but I've bought a new gpu

these are my settings:

and intensity to 20

Ok on that settings I get around 660Kh/s thought my gpu would get better results   thanks for this

--thread-concurrency 8191 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-powertune -20 -I 13 -g 2

this is what i use on mine and get 700 each... i got this settings off the net somewhere, think reddit... it is -20 in powertune, this runs 73-80 depending on room temp, i have a little fan ponting at my rigs, 2 cards per rig, XFXs are better then saphires for me, cant figure out settings for those to go over 550/600
