Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

devs, cant you program dime wallet so that it automatically sync? a user friendly coin is a good coin
The wallet and conf were sorted out ages ago. 7RoJzwM5QzZUhR6JNPXQDGj665nBMbsu3P Doesn't seem to be sorted to me... I just did a new installation and had to copy dimecoin.conf from the wallet folder into %appdata%\roaming\dimecoin before it got any connections. Is there a daemon available for this coin by any chance? Left a machine solo mining and would like to set up a batch to send x amount of DIME to my other wallet every few hours... |

Any reward for miners?? Edit2: requested cashout on +50K mined coins, and recyed instantly  but the problem still it is, after few minutes my Hashs drops to 0, and i have to reset miner to get back to mining :/ |

you can get a good amount from mining, and trade it with doge on https://coinedup.com/i got my self few K of doge ( traded for Dime on coinedup) from CPU mining with just a few Khashes, but i have a prob can't mine normaly i have to restart my miner every few minutes :/ any1 have a solution for this prob? i mine on http://mine-pool.net/dime/Thanks 7DYzEvsrofzMpbh9QPphxLGThWq1bjkDXM |
