Ok, now before you hit back, hear me out. So most botnets are ran by small groups of people and are targeted at places they choose. DDoSCoin would require 66% of its userbase to "accept" the target. Also, mining could be done as "packeting" and your speed would be measured based on your internet speeds, and not your CPU/GPU.
Ok guise, make it so!
(And if you make this, please hook me up with a nice chunk of the early mined "packets" as a gift).
