So the first issue that I see is this:

Stage 1 (from 15.05.2018 to 15.06.2018): 1RTF = 0.25 USD;
Planned funds to collect: 2 500 000 USD
Stage 2 (from 16.06.2018 to 16.07.2018): 1RTF = 0.30 USD;
Planned funds to collect: 6 000 000 USD
Stage 3 (from 17.07.2018 to 17.09.2018): 1RTF = 0.40 USD;
Planned funds to collect: 8 000 000 USD

Basically your plan is to gather over 16 million USD by the end of stage 3, but based on your whitepaper diagram you won't even have a registered company or a wallet at that point. So, let's say you get 2 million by the end of June, you still won't have the wallet by then and you won't have a registered company or an office, while holding 2 million USD in donations. That looks like a joke to me, unless there's something that I'm missing.

So what is your budget prior to the ICO? How much money did you and your associates bring to the table. I'm asking because gathering 16 million USD in 6 months is not a small undertaking. That would seem reasonable if you actually had a product and wanted to expand, but you are gathering money to begin working on it. That's why I always ask people how much of their own funds are they bringing. It's a nice indicator of your seriousness.
