hashfast email invalid

Anyone else have a problem sending email to hashfast support ? I get it returned as invalid address . Calling their " professional " customer service is a huge joke as it simply is an answering service that knows nothing . giving them your phone and email so they can contact you does absolutely no good . They do not email or call back .
