My account has been hacked. Hacker withdrew all my LTC without confirmation (I don't know why). I received two email about withdraw confirmation and both of them still unread. I also changed my password over two days ago and withdraw still denied (Althought they said that withdraw will be blocked in only twos days).

Hacker address: LMzX7SJ6uxrvqcKL5uFLCFbHs11Bw7kcKy

I already tried to reach them by ticket and skype without any response.

Anybody here know how to contact with them?

Is there any chance to get my LTC back?

I WILL UPDATE HERE AFTER I GET RESPONSE FROM THEM.

If any BTC-e staff read this topic, please help me to resolve ticket [#HUI-609-35612].
Thanks everyone!

Scan your computer.  Likely have a keylogger.  Someone got your password that way.  Do you use the same password for your email as btc-e?

Charlie Kelly: I'm pleading the 5th.  The Attorney: I would advise you do that.  Charlie Kelly: I'll take that advice under cooperation, alright? Now, let's say you and I go toe-to-toe on bird law and see who comes out the victor?  The Attorney: You know, I don't think I'm going to do anything close to that and I can clearly see you know nothing about the law.

No guy! I use different password for each account. I scanned my computer, there was no virus, keylog or trojan. And unbelievable that I got email noticing about authorization at that time included my ip. Sorry but I use private internet line, use cable and at that time, I turned off my machine. I'm waiting for the answer from BTC-E. I don't know how can hacker confirm withdraw without read confirmation email.

Still waiting a reply from them. It seem that BTC-E don't want to care their member.

Maybe your browser was hijacked via a backdoor and the thief utilized an open e-mail session?

Also, did you have 2FA enabled?

Night gathers, and now my bitcoinwisdom watch begins.
