It is normal (I've seen it on other coins with premine) when you send some coins ex 100 then
this 100 coins go to recipient (address 1) and rest coins from account go to new address 2.
So premine coin address is still change.

When The 1.16 was released, htcpool.in pool was not updated (use 1.13),
Mine pool is very strong,
