You'll prolly need to space the cards out better, or work on some form of improved cooling. Also, you'll need bigger than a 650W PSU for 2x 7990s. But yes, it can technically be done.

Yeah you can spread the cards, the mobo got 3 PCIe slots.

I never used escrow before, you can come get it at my home yourself or i ship it myself to you.
I dont do other things dont want to lose my miner for zero cash. I live in netherlands for the people who want to come get it.

I think what he meant was that it is 600 kh/s not mh/s as it says in your post. It would take like a thousand 7950's to get 600 mh/s.
