OK, so Cryptsy sucks.  SOOOOO slow.

Bter looks better (maybe), I'd like to transfer some balances there.  Can I just withdraw from Cryptsy directly to my deposit address on Bter or do I need to withdraw to my wallet, then send to Bter address?

You can withdraw directly to any address.

I hate them, I had 10 Litecoins disappear from my balance last week, they appeared about 6 hours later, as you say, they are slow. I transferred all my coins to my wallet. I would avoid them.

Yeah, that's kindof what I've got going on now.  Cancelled roughly 0.75BTC worth of various orders I had with them over 4 hours ago, balances are not available to transfer yet.  Any moderate amount of trading volume brings their site to a horrible, laggy crawl.

BigVern apparently thinks he can still grow his exchange - he just keeps adding new markets every week

I've only been using them for a short time, but I get that uneasy feeling about them.

I would cash out to a wallet so you can sign the address if you had a problem with either site and needed to. Rather be cautious then sorry.

You should be able to transfer the coins to any address.

While I agree Cryptsy is pretty slow I tend to think that the site offers a good service and would use them over other sites.

I have never lost anything and BTC in and out seems to be OK.

I was doing some really good arbitrage and then Cryptsy went tits up. Thanks cryptsy!
I would use them again and overall trust them not to steal or do anything else evil, but I would only use them for trades where timing is not an issue or something else makes it worthwhile. If they prove they can scale, then I will consider using them again for all kinds of trades.

I like them instead.  Should have coins buffer that immediate deposit/withdrawal/order/cancel order is not happening especially during some heavy transaction days.  They should scale up their hardware/software to support more volume.

I like Cryptsy, and It is my main Trading website.   It has gotten a lot faster lately, although there it much room for improvement.

Still Needs.
1.  Faster execution
2.  Faster API
3.  Why so many audits needed?
4.  Website is slow now, but faster than it has been the past couple of weeks.  Needs to be faster.
