Just curious how the shipping date is looking. If the final payment is 8-10 weeks before the Vipers ship, does this mean they are pushed back or are things on schedule still? (Not like I want to part with money right now but just asking!) 

    8 weeks from now is July 6th or so, and 10 is towards the end of July.

We are definitely on track, things will be quiet as the majority of the work is done and we are currently finalizing production while we wait for tape-out. We don't yet need the money however rest assured we will ask for it as soon as we do, we feel this is better than taking it as soon as we can just for the sake of it. You can definitely expect us to ask for the final payment this month.

Demnach sollte innerhalb von 10 Tagen jetzt die Aufforderung zur Restzahlung kommen und dann ab 15.7. ausgeliefert werden.

Yup, Rechnung ist am Freitag eingegangen, warte gerade noch auf eine Korrektur die se verpennt haben.... sobald die vorliegt geht das Restgeld auf die Reise und wir hoffen dann mal das es nicht Ende Juli wird
(unser Platz in der Queue basierd auf der 30%-Anzahlung, und der sollte weit vorne sein... ).

nein nichts weiter zur Lieferung. Ich erwarte aber eigentlich als nächstes auch "nur" die Versandmeldung

Ja, das Thema Mining ist sicherlich richtig. Mein Vorschlag wäre der z.B. der Multipool von Cex.io - bin aber natürlich auch für alles andere offen.

naja, Bestellung wurde auf "in process" geändert... logisch da zu 100% bezahlt. Letzter Kontakt war vor ca. 14 Tagen.
Wir wurde erneut bestätigt das die Auslieferung im Juli stattfinden wird. Also: "im Westen nichts neues"

aktueller Plan zur Auslieferung September!

As you know we are nearing the end of July with no shipping date. We have previously said we believe transparency, even in the case of something negative like a delay, is something customers must know and will only help our company’s reputation in the long run. As such we must unfortunately announce that we have had technical issues during tape-out which has caused us to have to do some portion of the ASIC layout one more time thus delaying the chip fabrication. Again, in the interest of transparency, we could have not only started this second tape-out sooner but also fast tracked it and corrected this issue if we were allowed funds from PayPal which they have decided to hold until delivery. We have had to rely on other sources of funding for this which we have achieved, so we are fully funded and tape-out is mid-way now there can be no more delay. In parallel to the tape-out process we have already started our fabrication of the PCB’s and enclosures, which we will display in our next update.

In the interest of there being no confusion, July while it was our genuine expectation, is not mentioned in our terms. As a result of this we have decided to announce shipping to be September as per our terms, this is something we have learnt we should have done from the start so we can avoid expectations and hopefully only announce good news. We know this news is unpleasant for all rest assured this includes ourselves, we have always tried to do right by you but may have perhaps over promised when we should have been more conservative all we can do now is learn from this mistake.

Bezahlt werden sollte kurz vor Lieferung auf die Nachfrage wurde der Termin noch einmal bestaetigt / zahlung ist eingegangen und nun ploetzlich auf September verschoben.

.... wer hier boeses denkt.

Wie sehen denn die Konditionen für ein Storno aus ?
Und kann man da rechtlich etwas unternehmen ?
Die Aufforderung zur vollständigen Zahlung erfolgte ja nun eindeutig im Wissen der Nichtlieferbarkeit Ende Juli.

Laut Fiaz Malik's Aussage wissen sie es erst seit Anfang Juli. Alles andere müsste man zuerst einmal nachweisen.
Wann hat Menig gezahlt?
Rechtlich eigentlich kaum eine Chance, solange sie bis Ende September liefern.
