I would like to know how to make my address base58? thank you.

You'll need to clarify what you mean. Addresses, such as 1NPCtBpPg3DjEgCXQHWUBLaMGhpXWczqkR, are already in base58 -- they're the base58 encoding of the ripemd160 hash of the pubkey (and a truncated hash as a checksum).
