Best Crypto trading exchanges?

Of sights like those above. Which are the best and why.

Fees. Dependability etc.

So I guess it's like rolling the dice with any of them? 

I guess only have  small amounts on any of the foreign exchanges at one time. Or they will steal you blind like the filthy whore crooks that they are.

Judging from the posts on this site I would only consider Coins-E and Virurex. The other sites are having to much technical difficulty, incompetence or worse.

They all either suck, or they haven't been in business long enough to have a reputation for sucking yet.

It might be nice to know which country the exchanges are in also.  Can't seem to tell from any of the links on the sites?
