[Bounty Cheater] Please check and let me know what you think

Last April, I made a thread about a bounty hunter who are using my bitcointalk credentials to join Telegram bounties. Most campaigns were managed by needmoney, so I messaged him about it with the link to thread. Unfortunately, he doesn't reply and since the cheater uses my profile link, no account can be tagged. I hoped that time that the cheater won't be paid, however needmoney seems to not care at all.

Anyway, I opened this new thread to see your opinion, since I might be wrong or missed some info. I made a little more digging about the issue and found out something :

Those two also sent small amount of ETH to a lot of different addresses. I didn't compile and visit all, but by checking several addresses, they also received the same tokens and were sent to 0x525e837a1ea62479c623663c94905849433b74e1

Not at all although I would never take ethereum transaction as a proof.
I wonder what actions bounty managers do against such behavior, do they forbid user to join bounties or do they ban these twitter/facebook accounts too.

Tbh, if it's 2 accounts who had a transaction, I'll not consider it as a proof right away either. However, this case is totally different. The addresses were used in the same bounties, registered with different Bitcointalk / telegram names all the time, then the tokens received will be sent to the addresses that belongs to only one user. Lots of Bitcointalk members could be mistakenly accused of cheating and will not be paid on bounties because of this.

needmoney did not take any action. I think proof of authentication post would help. It would take a lot of the manager's time, effort and patience, but will avoid such cases. I saw that yahoo implemented it in the current bounty campaign he managed.

With this number of addresses involved, so many bitcointalk usernames and profile links were used just to cheat telegram bounties. These addresses mostly joined the campaigns managed by needmoney, I sent a message, but he didn't reply and the addresses still got paid.

Since it was connected to nevergone162, the account was tagged with negative trust by marlboroza (DT member). However, only the bounty managers have the power to exclude these addresses in the campaigns. Unless they do so, legit participants will be affected and the cheater could still be paid.

A bounty Manager might not notice cheaters like these until he is alerted. That is why I worry that you reported it to Needmoney and no action is taken. But most managers take immediate action when such report is brought to their attention.

This cheater is desperate. Before, he only cheat telegram campaigns, and now even twitter and facebook. It's nice that Wapinter is checking the participants through duplicates, though, however, he will not notice if the cheater uses usernames that are not yet present in the spreadsheet.

Having a post of authentication from the participants would still be best to filter the legit ones.

I wasn't able to check neither the bounty thread nor the spreadsheet because you didn't share the link here. Since you gave an etherscan link instead, I assumed that the payments were already sent. If that's the case you can't do anything to take it back from the cheater. You, with the other people you're referring to that do not receive the token should have discussed with the manager or the team (if the manager isn't answering).
