Trying to understand the balance and load balance pool strategies in bfgminer.  Is there anywhere I can read a more detailed explanation of these strategies than what's given in the README file?  I've googled but have come up short.  Are they meant to rotate between pools one at a time with all available resources, or should they be mining all pools simultaneously and sharing available hashing power?  From what I can tell, they still just mine one pool at a time and then rotate to the next.  But if that is the case, what is the difference between balance and round robin?
