Jose Feliciano Lopez scams via paypal (cassie_bland@aol.com)

What happened:: This guy with nick "osokrazy77" on localbitcoins asked to send me $54 via paypal for BTC. I thought he couldn't possibly be wasting time scamming on such a small quantity but nevertheless I asked for ID and proof of address because his addy on his ID was not the paypal verified address. He sent me (30 mins later) an obviously forged utility bill... I told him it was forged and refunded his paypal and he didn't say anything & just cancelled the transaction.

There's nothing as convenient as paypal tho... and I have had lots of legitimate transactions so it has been worth it so far.

Well.... continue to use it and experience these kinds of issues from time to time, the choice is yours.
No one is really going to care if you got ripped off on paypal though bro. They will just suggest you not do business this way as it is not secure.
