Beginning next week PayPal will no longer be able to accommodate a PayPal transaction exceeding $500 when the payment is being sent to a PayPal account in India:

Does anyone have any knowledge of, or experience with, this exchange?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

last week without knowing i sold bitcoins at mtgox & after thta i came to know that it is LR , then created acc @ libertyreserve.com, then try to use liberty2reserve.com.
But it asked my bank details everything & i got bored, so i bought again bitcoins with LR.

Also the other site mentioned buylr.in also seems good.

I am in tamilnadu india & atleast hyderabad is near to me ~500 miles.
I saw testimolnials page in buylr.in, which make me doubts, not that much ppl buying LR from india or converting atleast for legal purpose.

You can buy bank accounts w/cards in Poland for 99Euro on talkgold.com, use that for paypal. Comes with sim card and socks proxies.

Or open up a swissquote.ch account for free yourself, just mail in notarized copies of your passport. Link it to anything you want (MB, Paypal, whatever)

If you want to buy LR in India either load your own LiqPay account with Visa/MC and trade it for only 2-5% fee with the hundreds of Russian exchangers or buy Ukash and trade it. 1 Eur Ukash typically goes for 1.25 LR USD. 1 CashU USD card can be exchanged for 0.93 LR USD. Expensive but they both charge 7% for merchants.

Buylr.in is trusted service I have bought LR from them 4-5 times .

The Buylr.in site now shows that the site is temporarily closed.

TradeHill now now allows INR banking transactions.  Deposit Rupees to TradeHill from any bank in India.  Withdraw INR from TradeHill to any bank in India.

The INR market on TradeHill is pretty thin yet, but that will likely change once a lilttle more INR volume appears making it attractive to Bitcon traders who perform arbitrage.

With PayPal now forcing all transactions in India into the banking system, Bitcoin and Liberty Reserve are about the only online payment methods where funds received can then be used for spending right away:
See for more on that:
