the word about cryptocurrency is spreading around the world and more and more people are interested in it, so 20K for one bitcoin will be definitely, but do not expect this this year

We have come to a point where people who entered the market in Nov/Dec 2017 are starting to lose faith. Some of them are selling and some are still in the game but thinking about doing the same. This is because the crypto craze has reached it’s peak in that period and people were throwing money at any coin that was showing even a small sign of potential gains.
All of this fear of BTC never reaching it’s all time high again is causing the price to drop and it will probably continue doing so until at least one crypto project finds mass adoption. Will it be Ethereum or Bitcoin or some other coin, we can’t know. Ripple has the biggest chance right now since they are the only ones trying hard to sell their product to banks and money transfer agencies.
To keep this answer short, I think BTC will go a lot bigger than 20k but time is a big factor now. The media won’t talk as much about BTC until it starts growing again but it can’t grow without media coverage. Mass adoption will bring new investors in, this will alert the media and if crypto finds a place in our everyday lives you can expect BTC to go a lot over $20k. I personally believe that it can hit close to a million per coin but only if cryptocurrencies as a whole become adopted worldwide. If they fail at mass adoption we could see BTC going back to hundreds of dollars or even less.
I do not doubt the bitcoin will reach 20k this year, bitcoin is still the most popular in crypto and it's possible for bitcoin to reach 20k this year, be patient it will happen. |

base on the movement of Bitcoin in the chart the chance of getting the price to 20k usd again is very low. We need lots of good news or new investor or new hard forks again to break the resistance. However, we are talking about cryptocurrency there will always be a chance that price will jump a lot like last year.

Well we really decide for everyone if that's how they think of bitcoin. If they want to sell them then maybe its either they need the money or they just don't believe in bitcoin and was just joining in for the hype because of how much it reached last November. And to answer your topic, I think yes Bitcoin will be back to $20k again but we still dont know when it will reach back to that amount again. You just have to keep your faith and hodl your coins.

That is just a matter of time, sooner or later btc will rise up again, everything is still possible, I'm sure bitcoin will go back up at the end of the year.

There's no reason to believe that BTC wont rise back up to its previous all time high, sure we're at around 60% dip right now in comparison, but the market has shown strength in the last few weeks, rising from as low as $6,000 up to almost $9,000. The last time we saw just a large increase eventually lead to it reaching its all time high. Old trends tend to repeat themselves in the world of crypto.
Bitcoin's price pumping to 20k is not that impossible to happen, and surely as of now there are already new users of crypto currencies, which may help to boost its price. If we continue using and more people and companies will use this in different ways, it can be factors of bitcoin's price to increase. For us, we just don't assume too much because maybe we end to different conclusion/s. |

I think the $ 20,000 bitcoin is great. A few hundred is difficult, although the market is not strong enough to influence but not easily affected

This is crypto undertaking its natural course. That hapoens, dips and rises are bound to happen. I will say Yes, Bitcoin can hit $20k again. My reason being that we have been there before and so it's not going to be a first time journey.

Any estimate that people make is pure bullshit, people are trying to pump up the price by stating higher and higher numbers to make people buy or sell.
I hope so, but literally no one knows folks. We can pray, but it's only praying.

I believe that bitcoin prices will reach $ 20,000 by 2018. For now until the end of the year it will be enough time for bitcoin to reach $ 20,000. |

It will, we don't need to hope, we don't need to see because it will really come not just $20k but more than that but it takes time we just need to be patiently wait if we will not wait then I don't think that we are all aiming at one goal, if we don't aim to one goal it would be hard for us to have that $20k. |

I do not doubt the possibility of the Bitcoin movement that can get its value at 20K, since it is still the best of all
the coins. That is only a matter of time, sooner or later btc will rise again, everything is still possible, I am sure that bitcoin will rise again at the end of the year.

Having a timeline for the price jump is really hard to predict and hence you really cannot tell that the price wont touch all time high this year, it only needs a couple of good trading weeks to reach those valuations and we have plenty of time this year to reach those valuations. |

It is true that media and mass adoption can help the price of bitcoin to go up and possibly reach one of the speculation of some persons in crypto community. But expecting the price of $20k this year may seems hard to achieve even if weak hands do not learn to stop shaking their hand and create ambition to reach the expected price of the strong believer.

That's something that no investor should ever do. FOMO buying simply is the one thing that you never want to do, because inevitably you will be left with little options to work with when you want to liquidate your assets. If these people are actually wanting to sell at near the bottom of a bear market, then all I can say really is that it's incredibly stupid. Buying high and selling low, is simply not a strategy that works. $20k will be a matter of time. In fact, when the next bull market comes by, it'll just be a matter of time before it peaks above the previous ATH of $20k. But BTC isn't a magical investment fund that's gonna get you rich, and people don't realize that during the pumps last year. Adoption takes time. Positive media coverage takes time. The conditions of the next bull market takes time. |
