How does the Efir team intends to get the database of over 170k youtubers with at least 20k subscribers each? What plan do you have towards this?

We are developing spiders, that scans youtube and looks for bloggers. We know 60mln youtube accounts. So 170 000 is about 70-80 percent of accounts with more than 20K subscribers.
We going to publish about 30K additional accounts at our intellectual search.
