cgminer BLOCK FOUND messages but pool hasn't really cracked blocks.

Hi, a guy on my pool is getting these BLOCK FOUND messages constantly even though my pool hasn't really cracked blocks yet. Is there something to worry about here, a possible mistake in my configuration or in his? Screen shot of his cgminer:

He's using an HD 7970 if it matters. cgminer version is 3.7.0. It's a dogepool, so scrypt algo. Thanks.
