AMD cgminer

Ok first off don't make fun of me for trying to mine with this. I am not a rich man So i do what i can with what i got.


I am mining on a hp 2000 notebook

it has AMD Duel-core e 300

i am using cgminer to mine. Mining at about 6.2kh/s

but it says thread is 0.

Am i using both amd cores to mine?


If not How to i config my cgminer sypt to add the other amd core?
Note i am new to cgminer i have only been using cpu mining.

You're only using the GPU to mine, not the CPU. You should avoid using your CPU as you'll produce almost nothing from it - hell, you probably shouldn't even GPU mine lest you cook your notebook.

well it runs at 40.0c. I don't think its that bad right?

What exactly is 40C? If you mean the CPU, that's probably because it's not mining. If you mean the GPU, then I stand corrected, and you might as well carry on.

If you mean the outside of the computer, or the heat sink, or anything like that, check the internal temperatures.
