A ton of people are either cashing out or upgrading their videocards and the "Goods" forum is completely and totally flooded with them. At any given moment, around half the front page is nothing but cards being sold. This makes it really frustrating for myself and a bunch of other vendors who are trying to legitimately sell goods. We either have to continually bump our own threads or hope someone had bookmarked it and decided to post. Rather than having vendors competing against people selling old cards, wouldn't it make more sense just to create a specific computer parts sub forum and stick them all there?

Obviously this wouldn't include vendors who are selling lots of new cards, but it would count for people unloading old ones or selling one or two NIB cards.

It's all about the game, and how you play it

Wouldn't said sub forum become just as clogged? As far as bumping some people need to relax on that- multiple times on one day is just irritating.

If you found that funny or something i said useful i always appreciate spare change

I let my thread fall off the page unless I actually have news to post. Seval people are running threads bumped all the time despite having never actually sold anything.

I don't care how clogged a videocard forum would be, I'm looking for a place for vendors to be able to sell their goods without eith being dicks about bumping or falling off the first page all the time.

What makes your kind of peddling worthy of preferential treatment over that of others?

Because I'm not just hocking things for cash and taking up tons of space.

Right, which is why I'm making a suggestion in here. I'm not sure what you're trying to say other than "Look at me! I'm a jerk who loves spam!"

I think this is a good idea, "Video cards" is too narrow, unless you want to make "Video cards" and "Other hardware"
