Yeah, I heard that Buterin has revealed his "Sharding" idea last month. And his also share some information about the changing Ethereum POW to POS consensus long time ago. But there is no official plan for Ethereum updates.

Ethereum network is experiencing congestion for quite a period. Shrading is a nice concept and they should implement it as soon as possible.
In my opinion, scaling is the only obstacle that's holding the price of Ethereum.

It's really bullish news, we know that ethereum network is only processing up to 20 TPS and it will increase more to compete with VISA around 24k TPS
