Translation to English:

"As of 2014 Mexico City will have cashiers bitcoin virtual currency , but because that currency is not linked to a Central Bank, its terminals will not be considered as part of the formal financial system, which will leave your users without a backup in case of any eventuality , warned the National Banking and Securities Commission ( CNBV).

" We have some concerns in using these machines, mainly in terms of consumer protection . Not know what is behind this coin , there is no central entity or issuer fully identified for generating these bitcoines " warned the CEO monitoring of operational and technological risk of the CNBV , Javier de la Rosa.

Bitcoin is a virtual currency created in 2009 by Satoshi Nakamoto as a payment alternative to Internet transactions from person to person , so it is not subject to regulations or banks.

The machines that are installed in the City shall be operated by the firm Pademobile mobile payment terminals and although these are not going to be regulated , De la Rosa said he can not refuse operation."


Bitcoin is only getting going, new buyers are still 'early adopters' compared to the general population and future market expansion.
