I'll help a brother out since I just redeemed one of these. He'll give you a code that you go put into AMD's website, along with your email address and all that crap. They'll email you a code back that you put into Steam, and it installs the game for you.
Note well that in addition to Steam, you need to install Games for Windows Live (which is an abomination) and have a GFW:L account (they're free, or you can link it to an XBL account) in order to play. GFW:L didn't install right the first time for me, I had to manually do it with the downloader from the XBL website.
