Hello board admins,
I'm practically always getting the message, that my last posting was less than 360 seconds ago, even if I freshly log in. The only way to post at all is currently, to post the same issue about 50 times (no joke) until one gets through.
I guess the IP filter for my ISP is too tight, so that I'm blocked, whenever someone else in Germany was sending a post in the last minutes. Can you care about this?
Many thanks in advance!

Logging in and sending PMs also count as a 'post'. Give it some time and the restrictions will get better as you rank up.

As above, plus every time you try make a post the time resets so you've got to wait another 6 minutes.

This is the answer why new forum members have to wait lots to be able to post. No, it's not about forum spammers. It's about people abusing newbies and making money. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=384636.0Bring it on, mods. Bring it on and provide a comment on why that thread is already few days old, untouched, and why the speculator even dares to tell those who don't like his activity to not comment.

As much as I disagree, selling accounts is not prohibited.

Do you have any better reasons than stating your own opinion about account sale being against forum rules or not? Here are mine. Is breaking the forum rules against the forum rules? There are clearly stated rules for new accounts - posting limits. By using a bought account these rules are being explicitly circumvented. Do you remember that bitcointalk was recently hit by a Man-in-the-middle attack and there was a warning on the frontpage about accounts potentially being stollen? And just a few days later there's this slick guy, posting from a new account, selling accounts for bitcoin? What will stop people from thinking that these are stolen accounts on sale? Feel free to call this a conspiracy, but how long will it take till people start throwing accusations, because this starts to look very much like the inputs.io "hack". If mods want to keep the spirits calm, I'd expect them to want to keep the account management process as transparent as possible and kick the speculators out of here. Or not. Up to them, their move. PS: that thread seems to be deleted already.

It's very annoying. It forces me to reboot the router every time in order to get a new IP. Is there any way this can be disabled (for example a donation)?

Everybody has to deal with it. Get more activity and it'll go down from 360 seconds.

Read the meta sub, and there should be a thread on there that should answer all your questions.
