BTER deposit Bitcoin doesnt show

I had someone deposit at my BTER acount a few coins. 0.21

Confirmations happened. But BTER is not showing anything. Btw i suppose it is regular to see that they already send the amount somewhere since it is an online wallet.

Any thoughs? how much time until deposit shows?

Same problem here : The worst ever exchange

I have transferred 740000 DOGEcoins to bter. It is over 3 days now. Funds are not credited in my account. Sent many support mails. No reply.

Chat support sucks big time. They ignore after asking How may I help you!!! Looks like a BIG scam to me.

They just don't care to reply support mails. Never ever use BTER for trading!

Well i have to admit that after 1 or 2 hours the deposit finally showed up. I was just scared. I hope everything goes well to you too.
