MtGox Live gumming up my CPU

About a week or two ago, MtGox Live started to become a CPU hog for me.  Whenever there are trades going through, I can't even switch to the MtGox Live tab (in Chrome) until the trades are finished.  Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I've also experienced occasional slowdowns on Firefox.

Once in a while, there's a burst of small orders (<0.2 B).
