I don't think so, but it would be great. Maybe news like that will hold off people to invest in crapcoins like dogecoin. But dogecoin wasn't hacked, it was online wallet that was. And they are at high risk. At start bitcoin had same issues. Anyway, news like these could put negative spin on bitcoin two, because journalists are ignorant and general public believes them without fact checking....

My oh my, what a lack of understanding for the fundamentals of cryptos. Dogecoin was not hacked, an online wallet service was. Totally different.

Online wallet's were compromised. Should really keep your coins offline anyway it's a much much smarted idea.
