Received my package today - the white envelope was torn and fixed with tape in a plastic bag with a "Our Sincere Apologies , We are very sorry this items has reached you in this condition" on its back. all 16 sticks in there - but unfortunately 1 seems to be broken due to the very "friendly" handling at royal mail ;-( It's box was completely broken already and it denies to even start to run. Plugging it into my hub even kills off everything else on the hub.
