Cat has more value, because it has some unique features. It is the scrypt version of bitcoin.
Already difficulty level is so high..

http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/247/5/3/doge_cat_by_controversialhumour-d6l0l90.jpg

The expression may have originated from observing the habits of kittens that learned by imitating the behaviors of their mother. Copycat has been in recorded use since at least 1896, in Sarah Orne Jewett's "The Country of the Pointed Firs" but the expression could be many decades older.

Cat and copy were paired to refer to someone who mimicked another's actions. Copycat made its first appearance in writing in 1896.

Cat has been used to refer contemptibly to people at least as far back as Shakespeare's time ("A pox upon him for me, he’s more and more a Cat", in All’s Well That Ends Well). It was simply paired with copy to refer to someone who mimicked another's actions.

Cat can only cop, doge does create.

I think Doge Coin will win.

It was being traded even before it was added to any of the main exchange sites.

Doge because it came first and is based on a popular meme. Catcoin was created to rival doge, and because of that I think many people will move away from it and stick with doge. Also becuase doge was based on a popular meme, it already had a fanbase prior to the coin coming out. This caused the quick creation and use of market and information threads on this website and many others such as reddit. On reddit, dogecoin is one of the most active and well operated altcoin markets and had numerous posts after the first day of its inception. Catcoin was released December 24th (I think), and today, the 26th, there is only 1 post on the catcoin market subreddit. That being said doge has its problems, mainly the huge premine at caused many to have a large amount of doge before it was released to the general public. So while doge will probably be the one to get to the moon, catcoin will probably still have a place in the altcoin world.

Dogecoin is going to thrive on its own way. It's fun, popular, and newbie friendly. I foresee a nice future for this coin.

I'd have to say DOGE. The only competition at the moment is CAT is being sold on ebay for stupid expensive rates right now.

Quite new to cryptocoins but from what I understand these are risky coins to invest in. Guess that could also be the charm of it, taking a risk and maybe be rewarded bigtime  Smiley Besides mining doge I've also tried my luck with kittehcoin. Seems like a bunch of enthusiastic people so that could be an alternative to catcoin. Rolling the dice... Smiley

I would say Doge. I don't like either of them, those coins are just too much absurd for my taste... but who knows, maybe it will be new world currency Smiley

DOGE, but not for too long - joke coin is joke with delayed punchline.

CAT? Garbage imitation coattails crap.

I've been mining Lottocoin and enjoying it, but it has yet to spike...

CHICOIN is pretty sketchy but I managed to mine some.

That kind of garbage I would sell the second it got on an exchange...

Hard to find a good new coin these days.
