I watched the video. It's simple. He finds the worst performing coins on ccowl.com and then looks at those coins up on TradingView. Then uses stochastic indicator on 3hr and explains to buy low and sell high.
I would use this advice and this is the easiest way to get started with trading, but I would also recommend researching the coin and its social news. I wouldnt want to buy a shit coin at a low and then watch it die.
