How soon until I can login chase/wellsfargo/boa etc. and pay off credit debts with bitcoin?

2014 - a company will promote themselves as a company that pays off your bills. You send them your bill and bitcoin, they pay it off with $. I can expect them to overcharge 25% or so, as it'd be like a last resort for people to pay with their BTC. not sure, speculation
