Hi,

After first 3 days (x5, 3x and 2x payouts), I earn much less than expected

10 MH/s (10000 KH/s): 85k EAC (yesterday), 78k EAC (today). Updated December 30, 2013: 39k EAC

If I mine LTC, I can earn 3.31 LTC at the same time ( = 0.1 BTC)

If I mine WDC, I can earn 270 WDC (= 0.186 BTC)

If I mine DMD, I can earn 0.21 BTC

I'm paying opportunity cost here. You may too. What do you think about EarthCoin which is supposed to be Quark killer?

All speculation, no one can give a straight answer. I think it'll join the list of the "other alts" soon.

What pool did you use?

I solo mined 12 hours x5, 24 hours x3 = 130k
and 24 hours x2 and 36 hours x1 @hackshardgaming = 40k

Total = 170k with 730 kh/s

I think you picked the wrong pool, because your rewards are really bad.

Please do not take first 3 special days into account.

I am mining at hackshardgaming too. The block reward is now 10k and huge amount of miners are joining the game. Please double check your earnings today

Sorry, I missunderstood you. I thought you earned 85k after the first 3 days.

At the moment I get between 5-10k EAC/day.

Right,

hackshardgaming pool estimates that if my hashrate is stable at 10 000 KH/s, I can earn 88K EAC. Actually, my earnings depends on pool luck. Therefore, I have earned 84567 EAC today (24h)

I was on http://earth.vircurpool.com/, but like digicoin said  Can't really take first 3 days into account.  I've since gone back to middlecoin.com.

Yes, that's too low. For a comparison I made more than 13k EAC in the same period with my only 500kH/s (Radeon 270x)

Which pool have you been using? I used Bettercoin until they rised the fee, then Coinium which is closer to me in Europe anyway
To be honest, I don't think any Scrypt coin should be considered Quark-killers. As long as the market allows it, I will continue to throw all my GPU-hash to Doge/Grand/whatever and convert all of it to the, at the moment, ridiculously low prized Quark. I believe the revenge will come already early next year.

I am mining at hackshardgaming pool. I don't believe in CPU-only coins which is vulnerable to 51% attack by botnets  Cry

I bought some Quark already. But I keep them for short term only.

earth.vircurpool.com is quite unlucky pool. Lower reward than expected. That's why I mine EAC at hackshardgaming

I think there is something wrong with the pools, as the no of coin they show per day are not the same what we are getting now.

I think you were in one of the wrong pools.  I made more than that with only around 1000 kh/s average.

The low amount of coins you're seeing is simply a result of the massive influx of miners Earthcoin has seen lately. Don't worry though, we (hackshard) just bought a new kickass server and we'll be adding new pools for other coins soon Smiley

@Pythonideus I am still mining at http://eac.eu.hackshardgaming.net/ It looks like the most profitable EAC pool for me at the moment. I hope that the new server will improve our profitability
