I forgot my pin on the exact day I registered, and got myself locked after trying a few combinations I thought were correct. Yeah, I'm dumb.
Can anyone help me by directing me to someone who can unlock my account? The login is just like here - CM4320.

Apparently you'llg et lokced pretty darn fast.
To be honest, I despise this PIN system,as having 4 numbers as second Password does not seem to be that muchs afer.
Recently some User have been hacked already.
So...yeah. I dunno.


And,just as the poster above me said,you'll have to locate a support thread of your respective pool in the alcurrency subforum.




PS: WTF is this ridiculous antispam system?Having to skimm through wall of text to finally find out what to do to post in a support thread of your mining poll seems kinda ....weird.

I think that I'll try sticking to that pool, after all it's not that bad (by the means of mining), only thing I don't like is the security - that crappy PIN. Nowadays people have to remember so many numbers that virtually no one is able to remember a stupid 4 digit code - it's too similar to other ones. And the worst thing is that they don't even allow to change the pin!

Now I'll have to have this account unlocked and pin reset or changed. If it's not possible, I'd like to have this account deleted altogether. There are other dogepools on the market

No you are not dumb just anyways you should try to contact directly the administrator.

I got locked as well which is a rare thing for me so much sad thing is that the link to "sight support" does not give you a contact just a
message that reads "This product comes 'as-is' without any warranty. Please check the Apache License, Version 2.0, for details."

Everyone should do what I do (provided they can anyways...):

Either set your pin to your alarm code for your house OR use the last 4 digits of your phone number.

If you forget either of those, you're screwed anyways!

Yeah that is typically the first thing to do but there is no contact info on the site yet so I went to the link provided earlier in this thread
hoping that the dogecoin chain and the dogecoinchain pool are managed by the same.

Unfortunately they didn't think about their incident management process when they first put up the site but I'm sure they will get to it.
