just a poor newbie to mining - any EASY step guides for wallet mining ?

Hi , this might sound like a stupid question, but I am a total neebie to mining and crypto currencies and I would appreciate if someone could take me through and easy step guide for mining with my wallet?

I will be mining with my 3 gh cpu as I do not have a decent GPU to mine with ( going to buy once I get my head around mining)

I know I wont get much from this type of mining but I just want to get my head around the process before I move onto GPU ..

I'm more of a visual learner so a good youtube link might help I suppose.. I tired this tutorial but still cant get it to work GGGRRR

Yes there is some guides for wallet mining however you need to use the "mining" section.
