Is there any Collateral when you invest money in ICO projects? no
You are asking for a loan. And loan needs a collateral from the borrower. Being an ICO team does not
exempt you from the "No Collateral = No Loan" rule.
we are decided not to use ICO to find investors
Actually the type of contract between an ICO investor and the team is via the smart contracts on ethereum or any other platform. The collateral in that case is the ERC20 Token if its Ethereum.
So technically speaking:
ICO team is asking for investment. Investors are giving their money and getting a token which is the sign of investment and which will be resellable later on - something like a collateral.
